We recommend Advanced Editing for non-native speakers or writers who want significant improvements. This service includes style enhancement, flow improvements, and terminology consistency that can dramatically improve your document’s quality.

Yes! We edit academic papers, theses, dissertations, research articles, business documents, reports, and more. Our editors are experienced across multiple disciplines and writing styles.

We work with all major style guides including APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, and specific journal guidelines. Just let us know your requirements when you submit your document.

We count all words in the document including main text, headings, captions, footnotes, and references. If you prefer references not to be counted, please specify this when submitting your document.

If you’re not completely satisfied, simply highlight sections or add comments to your returned document. We’ll review and amend as needed at no charge.

You’ll receive two versions: one with tracked changes and a clean version ready to use. We only add comments when absolutely necessary to avoid overwhelming you.

If you used AI tools like ChatGPT or other AI writing assistants, Standard Proofreading is typically sufficient. AI-generated content usually has good structure and flow but may need grammar, style, and accuracy polishing.

For students: If you are submitting work to a school or university for a grade, Proofreading Asia can professionally proofread or edit your existing document. However, having academic assignments “ghost-written” (completed by someone other than yourself) violates both our ethics and Thai law.
